Mark Rutherford, CEO

Mark is a founding shareholder of Ilum-a-Lite and has been CEO since late 2001. Prior to taking a full time role with Ilum-a-Lite, Mark operated a management consulting partnership specialising in developing Leadership and Management skills in senior executives.

Peter Brook, Director

Peter Brook was appointed to the Ilum-a-Lite Board in July 2011.
Peter is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years experience assisting businesses in senior executive roles. He was a partner with national firm Grant Thornton including National Chairman of the Insolvency and Reconstruction practice. In this role Peter was the Administrator of the Patricks Stevedores Group in the waterfront dispute.

Mark Bonnar, Director

Mark started his career with semiconductor equipment vendor Applied Materials Inc. based in Silicon Valley and during this period worked for many of the World’s top chip manufacturers including NEC, Siemens and Intel. Subsequently Mark gained considerable start-up management experience in the UK including as CEO of Applied Thermal Control Ltd.
